Cellulite is a condition provoked by the herniation of subcutaneous fat that makes the skin look lumpy and dimpled. It shows up mostly on the buttocks and thighs after puberty. According to dermatologists, 90% of women will have cellulite at some point of their lives.

It is a condition much more common in females than in men and there are three main causes of cellulite:

  • Femenine hormones play an important role when it comes to cellulite. It is believed that estrogen initiates and aggravates cellulite. And it may also be developped by insulin, noradrenaline, thyroid hormones, and prolactin.
  • Genetics is an important fact. If your mother has cellulite you might have it too. Certain genes are predisposed to cellulite creation, and if you have slow metabolism or circulatory insufficiency you might have more chances to have cellulite.
  • Your diet and lifestyle are crucial for cellulite development. If you eat too much fat and processed food you have more probabilities to have cellulite. You need fresh food and fiber and not too much carbohydrates or salt. Sedentary life is also a great way to have cellulite. Avoid smoking too and move a lot, do some exercise.

Monday

Breakfast.

  • Chicken hamburguer (100gr)

  • Two eggs omelette.

Wednesday

Breakfast.
  • Toast with olive oil and tomato.
  • 1 kiwi.
  • 1 depurative infusion.
Mid-morning snack.
  • Tea or infusion.
  • 6 nuts.
Lunch.
  • Spaghetti (80gr) with schrimps (100gr), tuna (50gr) and tomato (150gr)
Afternoon snack.
  • 1 depurative infusion.
  • 3 pineapple slices.

Cup of broth

Dinner.

  • Sardines (150gr) with tomato sauce.

 

Thursday

  • Salted sea bass (200gr)

  • Fish noodle salad (125gr) with peas (50gr), sweetcorn (50gr), red pepper (50gr) and tomato (50gr)

  • Grilled turkey (150gr)
Afternoon snack.
  • 1 depurative infusion.
  • 3 pineapple slices.
Dinner.

  • Grilled turkey brochette (150gr) with pineapple (150gr).

Saturday

Breakfast.

  • Chickpea soup (70gr) with spinach (150gr) and cod (100gr).
Afternoon snack.
  • 1 depurative infusion.
  • 3 pineapple slices.
Dinner.
  • Depurative soup (celery and onion).
  • Scrambled eggs with mushrooms (2 eggs)
